Privacy statement
Avenovo handles your data with care. On this page you can read, in plain language, what data we process, why we do so and what your rights are.

Who we are
Avenovo is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this statement. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number: 42109362. Questions about privacy? Email us at info@avenovo.nl.
What data we process
Contact: if you send us a message through the contact form or by email, we receive your name, email address and whatever else you fill in — such as your company name, phone number and your message.
Technical: our hosting provider briefly processes technical data, such as your IP address. This is needed to serve the website securely and quickly.
What we use your data for
We only use your data to answer your question and stay in touch with you, and to keep the website secure, fast and available. We never sell your data to anyone.
Cookies and statistics
We do not use tracking or marketing cookies. The website only remembers your language choice (Dutch or English) with a functional cookie, which does not require consent. Our fonts are also served from our own server, so no foreign service is watching along.
We do collect anonymous visitor statistics: which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive at the site and on what kind of device. No cookies are placed for this and the data cannot be traced back to you as a person.
How long we keep data
We keep messages for as long as needed to handle your question and stay in touch where relevant. Technical log files are deleted automatically after a short period.
Who we share data with
Only with parties needed to run the website and our email, such as our hosting provider. Agreements that comply with European privacy rules (GDPR) are in place with these parties.
Your rights
You may view your data, have it corrected or have it deleted. You may also object to its use. Email us at info@avenovo.nl — you will receive a reply within four weeks. Not happy with how we handle your data? You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Changes
If we start using new services in the future — for example visitor statistics or recognition of business visitors — we will update this statement before that takes effect. The date at the top shows when this statement was last updated.
